I'm not going to make a new account and try to post with laggy ass proxies. Plus that won't bring back the thousands of posts I made in the past. If I'm not openly allowed within a community, then fuck the community. That's my motto.  |

I have one question. Why do you have to make everyone else at the boards unhappy because of what the Admin did? The people there didn't ban you. With all your spamming, all it does is make "the comunity" upset, and the Admins don't give a shit. They just delete the spam or shunt it to the back. It's like they don't care. But why make everyone ELSES lives miserablw when all they want to do is talk about trek?

There are plenty of other places to talk about star trek. They don't need to be chatting at that particular star trek board. When people post at that board they are basically vindicating the behavior of the administrators while looking at the advertisements of the board which fund the people who pay these administrators to be jerks that they are. Plus without being welcomed anywhere, making posts at that site gives me something to do with my boredom. I spent some time writing the program that does the posting. I would like to get full use out of the things I write.

Why are you taking that away from me and all the other new members? Mainly the reason people join there is from typing in "startrek.com" when surfing for a trek site. The only way to get to the others is by adding a weird prefix or suffix or ".boards.net" or whateever. Point is, it's really hard to find a Trek board with a lot of people posting on it. I created a proboards trek site too, guess how popular it is? Unpopular to say the least. I never buy into any of their ads, BTW. Blech. |

All of the ethics aside though, this is the internet and I just enjoy making lots of posts at that site sometimes. If what I'm doing is technically wrong, I don't care too much since it's the internet. I haven't done it in the last couple days so I am slowing down. I used to do it several times a day. I did it several times a few days ago because they put in a filter thinking it would stop me from posting. I had to play around with the accounts and posts for probably a half an hour until I figured out how to post again. So I had some venting to do there. |
