I wonder why those admins don't talk to their members... Here are my guesses so far:
1) Too busy to talk.
2) Too lazy to talk.
3) They're socially handicapped or Xenophobic. CBS could have hired them because they were theoretically capable of doing the job and the government provided financial incentives for hiring them.
4) They just don't like star trek. Maybe they run other boards of CBS and to them it's just a job. Since they think it's not their job to keep people informed then they rarely will.
5) CBS has rules about admins interacting with their members too much.
6) They just think they're better than everyone else and their members are not worthy of their time.
7) They don't speak English. Outsourcing makes things cheap for them. They need a translator when communicating with its users.
